Here at Maglificio Venezia, sustainability means, first and foremost, ensuring a continuity to this trade, both for the future of our company, and to ensure a supply to our customers. Our goal is bringing more and more young people to be passionate about knitwear. Manufacturing is one of the most characteristic sectors of Italian industry, but
often people do not know the real potential that can come from entering this context. The knitwear sector in Italy is constantly growing, and Veneto is the heart of this art, so the prospects of working with satisfaction are concrete for those who choose to learn an exciting profession like this.
To spread a knitwear culture, we collaborate with fashion schools, such as the ITS Cosmo Fashion Academy, by constantly supporting the organization and promotion of classes, participating with educational interventions, and also by welcoming students at the company for their internships.
Our in-house team is also constantly training. We enhance their competences, especially in young people, and keep them up to date on all the news. This way, even those who have no knitwear experience, but are animated by passion and by the desire to learn, can join our team.

BIENNALE.
We support an educational-pedagogical path to encourage creativity in children. We donate scraps and non-recyclable materials, such as colour palettes, for a project dedicated to children.
With these materials, they create actual artworks that are periodically exhibited in the centre of Treviso. Some artworks can be viewed also in our company.
