Pursuant to and in accordance with Art. 13 of Reg. EU 2016/679
Maglificio Venezia S.r.l., with registered office at Via Pialoi, 36 – 30020 Marcon Venice, tel. 041 456 96 66 fax. 041 456 90 57, email info@maglificiovenezia.com, as the Data Controller, provides the following information to its Suppliers as part of its Privacy Policy which, updated and complete, is always available upon request. In essence, it is a clear and brief statement of the reasons, purposes and limits under which the Controller processes your personal data.
The data processed
The processed data relating to Suppliers (if they are natural persons or sole proprietorships, since only these subjects can play the role of “interested parties” under the regulations) consist of personal data, contact data and billing data of the subjects involved in business relations, obtained and collected in the course of communications held for the establishment or execution of a contract, to fulfill the obligations of the Law as well as for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Owner in providing for the protection of its rights as well as the management of the business network.
The data thus collected will be processed for the following purposes:
- Execution of pre-contractual and contractual measures;
- Provide for the fulfillments of the Law;
- For after-sales service;

Provision of data
The provision of data, for these purposes, is mandatory for the pursuit of the stated purposes. Refusal to provide personal data in these eventualities would have the result of preventing the Owner Company from concluding the contract, and if already concluded, from continuing its execution.
Mode of treatment
The processing of the collected data is carried out using manual, computer and telematic tools, including using third parties specifically appointed as data processors. Automated decision making (such as profiling, for example) and data dissemination is excluded.
Target categories. Transfers to third countries or international organizations
The Company may disclose the Personal Data of the Data Subjects to its collaborators, employees and suppliers, as part of their related duties and/or any contractual obligations with them, inherent to the business relationship with you; to legal, administrative and tax consultants assisting the Data Controller in the performance of its activities; to banking institutions for the management of collections and payments arising from the execution of the contract with the supplier; to sub-suppliers and/or sub-contractors engaged in activities related to the execution of the contract with the Data Controller, in their capacity as external data controllers; to public bodies and/or judicial and/or supervisory authorities, in case of their request, in their capacity as autonomous data controllers; to cloud or IT service providers. Data Subjects’ Personal Data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area.
Retention period
Data collected and processed in paper form are kept as long as business relations are in effect, after which they will be deleted when the ten-year limitation period for rights expires.
Rights of the data subject
It is the right of the natural person to whom the processed data relate to obtain access, rectification, deletion of processed data or otherwise request restriction or object to processing, as well as request portability of only the data provided. It is also the right of the data subject to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority such as the Data Protection Authority.
